This is the first skin to have color changing eyes.Considering a few of the Sentinels appear in the Lab's second phase and in the Hidden Ending, they are part of the Insolence.This is due to the arm being two parts: the glowing arm and the black arm, so the torso and arms are named outer arm, inner arm, and torso part which are not the names of the normal character's torso and arms which leads to the skin not moving. When any emote is used, Sentinel doesn't move.It is one of three page reward skins, the others being Willow and Piggy (Distorted).Despite being obtainable by getting all pages in Book 1, Sentinel only appears in it during the RB Battles event after you blow up a wall with dynamite, long after being added as a page reward.In the shop and intermission, it appears white like the Crawling Trap.Unlike Anteo, only certain parts of Sentinel change color while Anteo's whole body changes color.This is the second skin to gradually change colors, the first being Anteo.This also applies to Phenna, Laura, Fergus, Shardantus, Marley Russell, Glenn and Jakayla.Despite not being involved with any holiday, season, or crossover event Sentinel still counts as an extra skin.This skin is also one of the only characters that is canon and doesn't have or attack with a handheld weapon.This is one of the few skins that don't have a handheld weapon.

Stretches out its arms and grabs the player. Same as the idle but its arms are stretched out. Tilts head, as its head slightly bops up and down. It also seem to be related to the Crawling Trap, which shares both the same head and arms but is missing most of the body, which the Sentinels have.

It also has claws, nostrils, eyes, and a smile which is partly covered by a black substance, all of which change through the different colors of the rainbow.

It wears a black, sludge-like dress with multi-colored ribs showing through the 'dress'. It is a creature made up of a black substance.
